Self-Collection:
Our collection area is currently only at Punggol and subjected to availability. Kindly drop us a call at 96228885 as soon as you have arrived.
Self-collection is available from Mondays to Sundays 10 am to 7 pm, and 10 am to 3 pm during Public Holidays.
Normal Postage:
Partyshop.sg is not liable for any lost/delayed mails. Customers are advised to opt for registered postage to ensure tracking is made available. For normal mails, parcels will be posted in your mailbox only.
Registered Postage:
You will be receiving the tracking number provided by SingPost and trackable online.

Delivery Reminders for Helium Balloons
All customized balloons order would be required to be placed 2 days before collection/delivery.
As for helium latex balloons, urgent requests can be done up to 1-hour lead time.
