HOW SOON WILL MY ORDERS BE PROCESSED?
As soon as we received your order, we will post it out on the next business day. Most orders placed before 10 am will be posted out on the same business day (excluding weekends & Public Holiday).
DO YOU ACCEPT OVERSEAS ORDERS AND SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do!
However, helium balloons are not available for international shipping. Only non-helium party products are available for overseas shipment. Please note that shipping charges apply differently for individual countries. Email the products you want to purchase to email@example.com for us to revert and advise the shipping cost to you accordingly.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCORRECT/ FAULTY?
All orders are checked twice before they get packed to ensure its high quality and your specifications have been followed. It is unlikely we would miss any orders or specific instruction. But if we do, no worries! Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall take a look at your concern.
CAN I REFUND/ RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
We do not accept refunds or return of products. For customised orders, we will email the mock-up design for your approval. Once approved, we will not accept any changes and the processing will start. Quality checks are done before items are mailed out.
WHERE CAN I KEEP THE BALLOONS AFTER RECEIVING IT?
Once balloons are received during self-collection, YOU MUST keep the balloons in the car with the engine on. Transporting of balloons through a car would be fine it if is placed in the backseat. It is not advisable to keep the balloons in the boot or hood of the car.
WILL THE BALLOONS BURST UNDER THE HOT SUN?
Our balloons are of high quality. However, under the hot sun, 1 out of 100 latex balloons might pop due to the extreme weather conditions. As for customised décor balloons, it would not pop under the hot sun.
Please note that if balloons hit sharp objects or held near a flame they are likely to pop too.
CAN I PERSONALLY VISIT YOUR STORE TO PURCHASE OR VIEW THE PRODUCTS?
We are currently online-based. As of the moment, we do not entertain personal purchasing or viewing of products.
